Not bad for the money

This is a pretty nice machine, especially for $150 bucks. It's pretty fast but not too fast and you can adjust your speed easy. It comes with a very useful guide on how to do everything from threading it to making a bobbin to making a buttonhole. My major problem with it is that it can be kind of a drama queen about the bobbin and if you don't make it exactly right then the machine's tension goes all out of wack and you have to make the bobbin again. Most machines are like that though, so whatever. It has some nice stitch functions and can do two needle. For what you're paying you're getting a good deal. It's lasted me for around eight months without any problems and I don't doubt it will last for several more years at least if not more.

Great for a beginning seamstress!

I bought this for myself from a large membership store. I am a brand new sewer and I found this machine super easy to use. I am easily able to thread it and sew with it without instruction outside of the booklet provided. I would definitely recommend this machine to someone who wants to learn how to sew without paying an arm and a leg for a machine.

I bought this machine for under $100.00 at Walmart over 5 years ago. I haven't had any real problems with it and it's never needed service. I've hemmed pants and jeans and made a few barbie clothes for my daughter. I made a shirt for myself, a pair of sweater leggings and a 4th of July dress for a newborn. All in all with my little experience sewing I've had no problems with the machine itself only operator error. LOL.Good machine for the price!
